From Flashy Foils to Photo Finesse
Let's keep the Baseball Card talk going, something's gotta keep us entertained this offseason. Topps just dropped the first images of their 2024 Series 1 Baseball Cards, and let me tell you, they are straight fire! This year, they're upping their game with a beefed-up 350-card base set, leaving last year's 330-card lineup in the dust. I don't have any information yet, but I'm interested to see the changes in pack and card quantity in Hobby & Jumbo boxes.
For those who love a bit of bling in their collection, Topps is rolling out some flashy new Yellow, Yellow Foil, and exclusive Yellow Crackle editions, limited to 50. These will only be available in Hanger boxes, so you better start planning your hunt.
They're also switching things up with the True Photo Variation cards – all about showcasing those killer player images without any distracting design fluff. Plus, for you springtime fans, the 2024 Topps Series 1 Baseball Value Blasters are bringing in some holiday spirit with their exclusive themed cards. Think Easter eggs and blooming flowers.
And for the cherry on top, the new inserts are here to dazzle. From the 35th anniversary of the 1989 Topps Baseball series to heavy hitters featured in the Heavy Lumber set, there's something for everyone.

The Topps Chrome and Bowman Chrome sets are by far my favorite and a guaranteed buy from me every year. What’s your favorite release or must-buy every year?
