Delivering Baseball’s Latest
AL Rundown
East
Blue Jays: Hoping for a bounce-back year, Alek Manoah struggles in Spring debut.
Orioles: Could Cole Irvin be the solution to the Orioles starting pitcher injury problem?
Rays: MLB’s 4th overall prospect, Junior Caminero, sends his second ball out of the park this Spring with a beautiful swing.
Red Sox: The rumors continue of Jordan Montogmery signing here.
Yankees: Juan Soto sent in two runs on this double which was a few feet shy of a homer. It’ll be a long season for pitchers against Judge/Soto back-to-back.
Central
Guardians: Overall prospect number 31, Chase DeLauter, launches a ball over the right field wall.
Royals: After much backlash, Fanatics & Nike are working with the Royals to test out new jerseys. Could this come league-wide before Opening Day? 🤔
Tigers: Casey Mize, former Numeber1 draft pick, has his first start since May ‘22 due to Tommy John.
Twins: Trade for Manuel Margot from the Dodgers for a situation if (when) Byron Buxton gets hurt in exchange for infield prospect Noah Miller.
White Sox: Acquire Bailey Horn from the Cubs for Matt Thompson.
West
Angels: The number 17 everyone knows on the Angels, Hunter Dozier, hits a 3-run homer.
Astros: Yordan Alvarez thought Manager Joe Espada was joking at first about batting second.
Athletics: The move to Las Vegas continues to face hurdles.
Mariners: This offense gets going as they scored 10 runs on 15 hits yesterday.
Rangers: Wyatt Langford continues to get heavy praise. Keep your eyes on this guy.
NL Rundown
East
Braves: Chris Sale has a strong debut with Atlanta.
Marlins: A.J. Puk makes a strong impression during his bid for the first starting rotation spot of his career.
Mets: Offseason addition, Trayce Thompson, hits a grand slam and adds an RBI single.
Nationals: Number 7 overall prospect, Dylan Crews, makes an incredible diving play in the outfield. 🤩
Crews Lays Out For One
Phillies: A bus carrying players and coaches was rear-ended after Monday’s game. No injuries were reported.
Central
Brewers: Sal Frelick is showing out in the outfield looking similar to Dylan Crews above. 👀
Cardinals: Brandon Crawford signs, likely to back up to Masyn Winn. I love pairing this defensive wizard with a young star prospect. This should pay dividends in the future.
Cubs: Bailey Horn gets sent cross town to the White Sox as the Cubs clear the way for, and officially announce the Cody Bellinger signing.
Pirates: Bryan Reynolds goes 434 feet for the longest home run tracked via Statcast on Tuesday in Spring Training. 💪
Reds: Will Benson looked great yesterday with a hustle double and an RBI triple. He’s someone to keep your eye on.
West
Diamondbacks: After their first three games without a home run, the Dbacks launch 3 taters, including this one by top prospect Jordan Lawlar.
Dodgers: Kiké Hernández is back after sending Margot to the Twins.
Giants: Former 13th overall pick, Patrick Bailey, with a Grand Slam!
Padres: Joe Musgrove is having a rough Spring so far with 2 starts, 1.2 IP, 5 H, 8R, 2 BB 0 K & an impressive 43.20 ERA. 😰
Rockies: Kris Bryant is getting the rust off with his first homer of the Spring.

⚾️ Today’s Tater
Of course Shohei Ohtani homers in his debut in Dodger Blue. It’s Spring Training for us fans too, so better to get used to seeing this sooner rather than later. Thanks for sending this one over via email Logan!
Shohei Ohtani.
