American League
East
Blue Jays: Matt Chapman turned down a $125M extension with Toronto last year to end up with $54M from the Giants. 📉
Orioles: Third left-on-left homer for Kyle Stowers as he tries to battle his way to a roster spot. 🤺
Rays: Keep an eye on how Amed Rosario handles playing outfield for the remainder of Spring.
Red Sox: Kutter Crawford goes three scoreless innings with four strikeouts.
Yankees: Anthony Rizzo homers twice on Friday night, one of which being a Grand Slam. 💥
Central
Guardians: Chase DeLauter knocks in a RBI on a double, then scores himself shortly after. Get used to this name, folks.
Royals: Bobby Witt Jr. and Salvador Perez leave the park for the first time this Spring.
Tigers: Andy Ibanez goes yard off Nestor Cortes for his second homer in as many days. ✌️
Twins: Royce Lewis and Grand Slams, name a more iconic duo. He sends this one 425ft.
White Sox: Dylan Cease struck out one and gave up two hits in his debut, but he said his stuff was sharp. Finally a Cease story that isn’t a trade rumor.
West
Angels: Old name, new place. Aaron Hicks sends his first homer of the Spring. 👴🏽
Astros: Framber Valdez lets seven of 11 batters faced on base and allows three runs in his debut.
Athletics: Max Muncy, a top young prospect in the A’s system, leaves the park for his first home run in MLB Spring Training.
Mariners: Logan Gilbert chats with Pitching Ninja and shows his pitch grips. I love these videos. 🥷
Rangers: Wyatt Langford showing why he’s a top-10 prospect, sending three homers in two days this weekend. 💪
National League
East
Braves: Ronald Acuna Jr. will have further evaluation of his right knee in LA today after an MRI revealed irritation. 😅
Marlins: Eury Perez leaves his Saturday start early with just a broken fingernail. There shouldn’t be any concern moving forward.
Mets: Steve Cohen is launching The Queens Crew this season, a group of dancers set to entertain fans at Citi Field. 👯♀️
Nationals: Prospect Daylen Lile ends up over the fence after trying to chase down a homer. He had to be stretchered off the field but, thankfully, was able to leave the hospital with a back contusion.
Phillies: Zack Wheeler signs monster 3yr extension. Nick Castellanos sends a homer out and asks his kid why the bat is still sitting at home after he makes it around the bases. C’mon, kid, clean it up! 😂
Central
Brewers: Willy Adames ties for the longest home run of Sunday at 405ft.
Cardinals: Steven Matz is slated to make his Spring debut on Monday with one inning out of the bullpen.
Cubs: Shota Imanaga struck out five and had 12 swings and misses (most on Saturday), but also gave up a homer in his debut. 💨
Pirates: Bryan Reynolds stays hot and launches a tater 414ft and a 112.1 exit velo over the left-field bleachers on Friday.
Reds: Elly De La Cruz sent a ball 470ft on Saturday. He’s a player with top-10 potential. 💪
West
Diamondbacks: Elvis Andrus signs with the Dbacks, and if he makes the roster, should have a strong veteran presence for this young team.
Dodgers: Shohei Ohtani goes 3-3 with a standup triple on Sunday. 🏃
Giants: Matt Chapman is back in SF on a 3-year deal with opt-outs after each of the first two years.
Padres: Fernando Tatis sends his first tater of the Spring with emphasis.
Rockies: Ezequiel Tovar has a Grand Slam on Saturday as he continues his red hot spring. He’s one of my five fantasy over performers from this week’s edition. 📈
⚾️ Today’s Tater
Juan Soto mashed this tater 405ft for his third of the Spring. We better get used to seeing a lot of that this season. DM me your favorite home run to be featured here!
I could listen to the sound of that bat on a loop all day
